A Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline (HR, Office Management,..) is an asset.


HR Assistant

The HR Assistant supports the operations of the People & Organisation department in all organisational and administrative topics.

Accountabilities:

  • Entry, updating and maintenance of HR master data in our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics;
  • Prepare employment documents, certificates, and other HR related documents;
  • Support and follow-up of onboarding/internal mobility and exit files;
  • Fleet Management;
  • Manages day-to-day administrative tasks within the framework of our Flexible Income Plan;
  • First point of contact for employee questions related to the above accountabilities;
  • Provide administrative support in relation to HR topics, e.g. interim workers, updates org charts, on- and offboarding of Biocartis staff,...;
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to all HR team members in relation to diverse HR topics and projects, ...;

Profile requirements:

  • At least a secondary school degree in a relevant administrative or financial area (Office Management, Economy, Languages, ...);
  • A Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline (HR, Office Management,..) is an asset;
  • Some experience in a support role within an HR department is an asset;
  • Languages : fluent in Dutch and English (speaking and writing);
  • Job technical & software/database skills:
  • Digital savviness;
  • Strong affinity with IT and IT systems;
  • Applied knowledge of MS Office : Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft D365 is an asset;
  • Knowledge of SD Worx Flex Income Plan is an asset;
  • Job behavioural skills:
