Pharm Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.
The program will simplify the Pharm ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharm business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

Own Data Asset from the Janssen supply chain data framework. Support end user community to utilize data and ensure fitness of data asset for specific digital products. Build and maintains business metadata to increase data quality. Maintain data catalog, attributes, and hierarchy. Data asset owner is responsible for data lineage during creation and consumption phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and steward data assets to ensure information is accessible, functional, safe, and reputable to user community
- Ensure existing data structures are used effectively by users and run smoothly
- Enabling the organization to utilize business data to gain a competitive advantage
- Strive for data excellence to create value proposition and outcomes for business domains
- Rationalize data asset characteristic, data API, periodic review and retirement policies
- Demonstrate software programming expertise and advanced database knowledge
- Combined business acumen with data modelling background
- Demonstrates analytics skills and strategic thinking.
- Technical expertise and knowledge for digital solution implementation and deployment
- Deep knowledge of the supply chain operations, including understanding processes, rules and data requirements.
- Good Data Strategy facilitator to help drive business impacts.
- Great collaboration skills and ability to interpret end user needs.
Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS, preferred area of study in Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, other related
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience
- This position will require up to 20% travel
Preferred:
- Experience in Pharmaceuticals and/or Healthcare
- Lead with purposes and sense of urgency
- Shape Data service levels agreement with different end user groups
- Deploy data lifecycle management procedures and best practices
The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $102,000 to $163,300.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
