Multiple insurers and banks already use our solution to understand the value and the risks of their customer’s houses. This enables them to digitize their product offering with frictionless customer journeys without compromising on risk management.

What you can expect

We are looking for someone to join the team, on a full-time basis, to lead and supervise our remote real estate valuations. Your responsibilities amongst others will include:

• 
  Undertake remote valuation assignments by conducting remote inspections and preparing valuation reports
• Supervise and train our team of junior valuers
• Actively contribute to the optimisation and automation of Rock.estate's valuation methodology to further streamline the remote valuation process for our customers
• Act as a link between Rock.estate and our customers
• Actively contribute to our valuation product development (particular focus on UX/UI) and interact closely with our business and data scientists
• Help optimize our valuation pipeline by sharing your real estate expertise, remotely and on-site
• Support the decision making process alongside our business team

Required skills & experience

You could be the one we are looking for if :

• You are a team player, fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a decent knowledge of English
• You have several years of experience in the real estate sector, with direct exposure to real estate valuations
• You adapt and learn quickly
• You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty
• You have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• You like managing a team and you have excellent communication skills
• You have a keen interest in technology and real estate
