Job Description
Currently, we are looking for a Marketing & Communication Assistant in Fernelmont, Belgium to be part of our global team working together towards our mission – to bring meaningful moments to people in connected public spaces.
As our Marketing & Communication Assistant, you will be part of the Marketing Department which is in charge of launching and deploying locally communication campaigns. The Marketing Department is the voice of the local market and works in close relation with the market and the sales team.
You will support the Commercial Development of Schreder Belgium by assisting the Local Marketing & Communication Manager.
What you will do :
- Assist in implementing the communication strategies (e-news, webinar, video-content, brochures…)
- Collect and write customer & application content through success stories
- Search for potential media placements and pitching stories
- Organize Schréder Belgium presence at local exhibitions and/or events
- Create and design multimedia packages (e.g. brochures, e-news, social media posts, layout of letters).
- Develops and maintains graphic designs and layout to support the organization's image, identity and brands through a diverse mix of material
- Implement a strategy on social media and manage the publication of content on social media and website
- Implementing SEO/SEA strategies

Skills Requested
- Bachelor or master in Communication, Marketing, Business or relevant field
- Good knowledge in French, Dutch and English
- Knowledge of Marketing Mix
- Digital marketing skills
- SEO/SEA knowledge
- Knowledge of content marketing
- PC literate : Powerpoint, Word, Exel, basic knowledge of graphical design (Suite Adobe : photoshop – Indesign – Illustrator)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dynamic, Positive mindset, creative and time management skills
