As Financial Controller, you will play a key role in our client continued success. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations at Brussels, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the financial data, and providing strategic guidance to the management team.
Your key tasks will include:
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
- Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Monitoring and controlling expenses to ensure they are within budget
- Conducting financial analyses to support decision-making processes
- Managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A master's degree in Finance or Accounting,
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English and French or Dutch
