Job Description
1. Participate in product definition, evaluate product technical feasibility and define product design requirements.
2. Design appropriate architecture and solutions according to product requirements to ensure product performance and improve reliability.
3. Completed the circuit design of the product on time with high quality, and cooperated with layout engineers to complete layout design to meet the product performance and availability .
4. Write relevant technical documents and participate in technical communication within the team.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, Master degree or above in microelectronics/semiconductor/IC design/Electronic engineering or related field.
2. Have enthusiasm and interest in circuit design, and have continuous motivation to improve my circuit knowledge and design ability.
3. Open-minded, innovative and able to solve problems independently and creatively.
4. Solid basic knowledge, strong ability to work under pressure, good learning ability, communication skills, team work spirit and joy To share.
5. More than 3 years of working experience in successful wafer flow process below 0.18um.
6. Familiar with Cadence and other EDA tools, familiar with and able to use oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer and other testing instruments.
Experience in following circuit design is preferred:
1). Low voltage/high precision Band Gap, high precision LDO, low voltage and low power OSC,Charge pump circuit and power supply tube Management chip, IO/ESD circuit;
2) have ADC/DAC design experience and Filter design experience;
3) Familiar with mixed signal simulation, including basic behavior-level model building;
4). 55nm/40nm design experience is preferred .Participate in product definition, evaluate product technical feasibility and define product design requirements.
