Our Position

As a Logistics Officer, you are an essential part of Nitto. You are responsible for organising and controlling the inbound, outbound and internal flow of goods including stock entries, creating invoices and handling customs formalities, in accordance with existing standards and procedures.
The Logistics Officer has the following duties:
- Planning and coordinating goods from our suppliers and finished goods to our customers
- Calculating truck capacity and booking the appropriate transport services, if necessary, an express shipment
- Preparation of all required delivery and transport documents and registration in SAP
- Resolving delivery problems to avoid negative impact
- Handling export declarations at customs
- When you are ready, you may lead certain projects and progress through them
Your Profile
A good Logistics Officer has....
- Several years of relevant experience in logistics, transport, customer service or administration
- Basic knowledge of foreign trade: incoterms, payment terms, transport documents....
- An extremely customer-oriented attitude
- Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office and preferably SAP
