Responsibilities
Provide in-depth product information, specifications, features, and advantages.
– How a product or service works?
– Detail exactly how our products will benefit/better the user.
– Creating a knowledge base and user documentation.
– Create FAQ’s/Manuals/Checklists/Bulletins/Memos/Notes/Articles/ Vademecum for internal and external use.
– Develop case studies.
Create white papers in collaboration with the Innovation Manager
Training
– Educating the market and providing directions about a particular task
– Create internal training input (ppt’s) for Gantrex Academy and Group
– Create technical vodcasts or product demonstrations
Project Competition Watch: benchmarking and testing campaign
Document management – keep documents up to date and centralize scattered technical documentation or knowledge.

Strong technical understanding (detailed) and knowledge (& jargon) of relevant industries.

Profile
Education
Technical degree (bachelor or master) with marketing experience.
